2 racks Bonaventure pork back ribs
3 tbsp Bonaventure's Honey BBQ spice blend
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
4 tbsp peanut butter (your ribs, your choice: smooth or
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp hot chili flakes (adjust according to taste)
