Pork and Chicken Marinade

Pork and Chicken Marinade

Français

Hello everyone! This week, we are going to take some time to talk about where the Bonaventure Blog is headed! Before anyone gets ahead of themselves, we are not closing the blog. Phew! So what are we doing? Well, as of this past week, we have begun posting recipes on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Once those posts have gone up onto social media, they are then achieved here on the official Bonaventure Blog section. In other words, no matter where you are, on Facebook, Instagram or if you still love checking out our blog, you will have access to all of our content and recipes at just the click of a button or the tap on a screen!

Now, let’s get into our first social media recipe, a delicious marinade that is perfect for Pork or Chicken for BBQ season! So as always, let’s take a look at what you will need!

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup of low sodium soy sauce
  • ⅛ cup of Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

As for an actual recipe, there really is not anything too difficult to do here. All you’re going to want to do is mix all of these ingredients in either a large bowl or a large ziploc bag. Then simply add your Pork or Chicken and allow it to sit in the refrigerator for 1 to 12 hours before cooking!

Thank you to everyone who reads our blog and we hope that by putting things up on social media, more and more people will join the conversation and enjoy cooking with us all year ‘round!

Have a great day everyone!
