This week for Thirsty Thursday, we would like to highlight a classic cocktail that always pairs perfectly with all kinds of fish, seafood, and meat meals.
Bonaventure’s Xtra Spicy Bloody Caesar
- 1 oz of Vodka
- 1 oz of Gin
- Clamato Juice
- ¾ tsp of Tabasco Sauce
- ½ tsp diced Jalapeno Slices
- Worcestershire Sauce
- A teaspoon of lime juice
- A lime wedge
- Caesar Rim
- Cacciatori or shrimp to garnish
The Bonaventure Bloody Caesar is a combination of a Classic Canadian Caesar and a Bloody Mary with some added spice to create the perfect combination of umami and spice that really ups the ante of this classic cocktail.
First up, this is the perfect time to use that mason jar you've had sitting in the pantry for the past little bit, so dust it off, and get ready to drink out of it.
There may not be a more effortless cocktail to mix up. Simply add all of your ingredients to your glass and give it a swirl. Here at Bonaventure, we enjoy garnishing our Caesar's with a slice of Cacciatore sausage or a couple of cooked shrimp. We promise you, it is both delicious and satisfying.
